Geospatial Software and Database Products

Proxix's product focus is building and maintaining enterprise-level software for spatial presentation and visualization, including geocoding and map display. These technologies are very versatile and are designed to make spatial relationships available visually (via a map delivered through a web browser), and also to determine advanced spatial relationships such as:

• tax jurisdiction assignment
• identifying nearest risk
• assigning territories

At the enterprise level, Proxix believes that visualization (maps) is a key to allowing non-technical GIS users to perform simple spatial exploration. Proxix’s underlying technologies can be used to automatically assign spatial relationships in both batch and interactive applications.

Proxix's .NET framework, Geospatial Enterprise (GSE), enables businesses to rapidly deploy location intelligence via the Web.

Proxix has also developed a number of GIS databases including data for the insurance and tax markets. And custom digitization services are available to spatially enable your data. Proxix's databases are licensed in Shapefile format and can be used by any of Proxix's software products or your existing GIS system.
